The breakdown of credits is done in real time. Your number of credits is shown at the top of the page. When you have no more credits, you can still browse the site but some actions requiring credits are impossible.
If you have exhausted all your credits, you must wait 24 hours.
You can also earn credits by participating on the site (eg. by sending pictures in albums or in the forums).
Credits gains :
- A new registered user receives 150 credits as welcome bonus.
- Each user receivest 125 credits by day + 3 crédits by month of age on the site.
- An user receives 5 credits by sending a file or a picture in the forums.
- An user receives 5 credits by sending a picture in the galleries.
- An user receives between 0 and 50 credits for each new evaluation of a story written by him.
- An user receives between 0 and 8 credits for each new evaluation of picture sent by him in an album.
- An user receives 20 credits when he receive a new private message so he can answer to it.
Credits losses :
- An user loses 4 credits to view a file or a picture in the forums.
- An user loses 4 credits to view a picture in the galleries, unless it is his album.
- An user loses 150 credits to create a new album.
- An user loses 20 credits if a picture sent by him in a gallery is deleted by the moderators.
- An user loses 20 credits if a file or a picture sent by him in the forums is deleted by the moderators.
- An user loses 20 credits by sending a private message to another user.
Variables gains :
- An user receives or loses between -40 and +40 credits for each new evaluation for his profile by another user.
This limit was put in place to avoid that an user has accumulated too much credits and then use them for example to download massive amounts of pictures in a single day, which would saturate the site.
